Do you know of a floor you can buy for this stand?

I’m just going to get some indoor/ outdoor carpet I think. Should make it plenty soft without adding too much to the weight.

Those foam/rubber exercise pads with a garage/outdoor carpet over the top works really well. Cattle mat is another option but it'll add some weight and they aren't the cheapest.
