A beautiful tune. I enjoyed your playing and the multi-track arrangement. I had never heard tremolo used as a tenor banjo technique, but it certainly fits the style. It was surprising to google the composer and discover that he was from Haiti. The closest sound from that general part of the world that I can think of is choro music from Brazil. Anyway a very lovely tune and it brought up a lot of musical associations in my mind including klezmer. A whole universe of musical and life memories came up just because you took a plectrum to a banjo and uploaded it for us to enjoy. ❤️
Nice, Carrie!
Many thanks!
It was really a beautiful choice of music, and sounded great on your banjo. Thanks. Regards, Michael Obertone.
Thanks 🙏
