It's cool that they open the machine up and give you the prize even though it's not fallen in the chute, over here in the UK in some places they will NOT let you have the prize unless its fallen in the chute, it just goes back into the play area if its stuck
OMGGG I live in UK and I was in an arcade at my holiday then my brother was winning my little sis a giraffe but it bounced of the claw over the chute and they were yelling at us
yeah, that happened basicly everywhere, when you won a lot of prize the employees will start did that stuff, like won't help you with anything, make stupid excuses... now the the arcade i usually visited, the employees won't even look at me, when i'm having difficulties they just hiding so they can't help me what so ever 🤣
