It feels like I've been a beginner for over 20 years now. The clarity this video gave me has inspired me to make a plan to move to the next level. Thank you!
A very good advice for people to get past the entry barrier to be a runner... most of us are recreational runners and running is a means to a health/lifestyle goal... this video clears the clutter for a beginner to confidently start and also stay on...
Great points here, my best half marathon was my first with 3 runs a week - kinda wonder why I add volume at times! Running three times a week right now, aim is to up to 4 times a week for the next half marathon and hopefully 5 times for the next marathon. Thank you!
I'm currently sick so running 3 times a week vs every other day sounds really nice right now haha. Would love a "sick" workout recommendation or advice. We appreciate you, Holly!
Great video! I'm already doing 3 a week, an easy, long and intervall run. Am going to see if I can fit a tempo un in those 7 days as well. And yeah, strength, I know I should/could but I just don't manage to find a routine for that. I'll have to dive into your back-catalogue again to find some exercises that I can do on the off days
I went running for the first time in a long time after 30 minutes of the stair climber, strained my calf and hamstring as soon as I went full sprint mode 😭

the only reason i run 3 days a week is cuz my joints are so weak if i run anymore i'll break a bone😭
You will always do what you enjoy so any exercise is a golden moment
Thank you!
How many miles per run? I was running a 5K for a few weeks. After that, I ran 4 and 5 miles.
