I just wanted to mention that I myself am a 15 year old Mixed Martial Arts black belt* and so I also teach martial arts classes. I actually find it truly helped me gain more confidence, especially when I'm on my period and feel like crap. It also reduces cramps a little, and makes you feel so good about yourself! My advice is that if everyone should try to work out, but only continue if that made them feel good about themselves:)

No but honestly, us woman being scared on making a boy feel bad shouldn't be a thing. The things half of these men do to woman like playing with their feelings, using, etc. They can feel a little but of pain they put us through.

ok so about tampons: i think something is wrong with me because they HURT. they hurt to put in, they hurt to take out. they hurt no matter the size, no matter how much blood is in it. people always tell me that it must be too dry but i've bled through my tampon before and it still hurt. i've also tried many different sizes. help!!! they're also so hard for me to put in, and usually i can't get it up far enough for it not to hurt. maybe my vagina is too small or something, but it's a struggle especially during the summer. i hate pads but tampons are impossible for me to use comfortably. love the podcast tho

It's not scary no but when I first used a tampon it hurt, I don't know if I'm just a wuss or if it's cause I've never had sex before or whatever but it hurt now it doesn't anymore but it did the first time I put one in just the first time though
