Thank you Eric for your wonderful videos! This past week I received my small B&BW order with 3 candles, a body cream and several foaming hand soaps with lots of bubble wrap and air packs. No idea why, but 2 of the candles arrived totally fractured. They were Frosted Coconut Snowball and Christmas Cabin. They are sending replacements. The 3rd, Strawberry Snowflakes was not broken (it smellswonderful!). I have another order with 6 candles arriving tomorrow. I'm hoping they arrive unbroken. Only once before have I received a broken candle.
Its always a shame when we get broken candles. I will say bbw customer service is great at replacing them. I've never had a problem getting a broken candle replaced, unless it was no longer available. I hope your next candle shipment arrives intact.😀🤞
I ordered that candle in my haul but since it didn’t ship for 5 days it was eventually cancelled. It seems some of the east coast people like you and Lizzy were lucky to receive yours before they decided to destroy them all. My manager hated to damage them all out too! I heard it’s going for $300 on Mercari so crazy. I have not had any pop up coupons lately and have never gotten a 30% off. How lucky was Donna to receive that and so glad you got to use it. I just love Christmas Cabin. Such a wonderful fragrance. Thats a shame about the pine candles, but like you said there are so many fragrances this season to choose from. I have a similar issue with Twisted Peppermint (in the candle) at times for some reason.
Whoa! What a haul! The packaging on the Lavender & Pine collection is gorgeous! Will make for really nice winter decor. I’m not a fan of the paper snowflake collection either; even keeping with the paper snowflake theme, they could have done those much better. There aren’t many of the candle holders that I like enough to purchase, but I gotta say that the chimney Santa is so well done. Really nice. Thanks for sharing!✌️

The pop up coupons sometimes don’t work due to whatever sales they have at the time but they don’t expire as I have used them after their expiration date so I save them for the future. The Frosted Forest candle is a repackage of last year’s The perfect Winter candle that came out last year on candle day. I have plenty of those so I didn’t get this years. I’m glad they came out with a soap though in it. Now I’m waiting on the new Christmas candles to come out like vanilla eggnog and peppermint bark and others. Have a great night!

The 30% was so thoughtful. It really helped out and this haul would have probably been about half the size. I don't understand the marketing behind the $250 limit. All it did was prevent me from buying more. Once I hit $250, I stopped.
every time i order from bath and body works i get mystery boxes too. i think they send me freebies. because i know i didnt buy any soaps and i only bought wallflower refills because of budget lol and i got 2 boxes and on my shipping and tracking it only showed one order and it was the refills but i got i think it was 3 soaps in a box by themselves and i didnt order them lol just like in my big haul of candles i ordered the cat wallflower and for some reason they sent me the haunted house wallflower lol i was not gonna complain

Of the three, I prefer pumpkin spice scents. I love Apple Pie, but the candles often don't get the flaky crust scent right. Gingerbread is also nice as long as it actually smells like gingerbread and not just a gourmand cinnamon fragrance that you often find with gingerbread candles.😊

@@ericandcompanytoo unfortunately the power meter was actually broken out of my walls and I can't afford an electrician to take care of it right now cause it's going to be a big job. I reached out to FEMA and am waiting for a response. Hopefully they can help 🙏🏻 the candles are definitely bittersweet. They allow me to see but they raise the house temperature like crazyyy 😅
