I think so - I recently saw the same ones at another abandoned place, but of course I was never able to try them out...

Animatronics or just mannequins? Also surprised by the amount of concrete. Typically western themed places have gravel or sand paths/roads.

Animatronics, not just mannequins - and Japan loves concrete. I guess that was the main Japanese element of this Wild West park... ;)
