Billy's Birthday (Goes Bust)

Crazy that Billy Hedgehog's birthday is on Friday the 13th this year (as is mine), but that's not gonna stop Sophie Cat from giving him a surprise party with all of their friends and neighbors. Right? Well, just watch and see what happens.
