Yeahhhhhhh, but come on, let's be honest he only did what he wanted to do. Originally this was supposed to be just Rick, Abraham, and Carl. And the scene with Rick in Daryl, that was supposed to be the scene between Rick and Abraham, and we get insight into Abraham's character. Abraham tells him that after doing something that, you're never the same. And Rick laments on this not being the first horrific thing he's done.

Me too, this is one of my favourite episodes and the fact that it showed how bad and ruthless the world has gotten (the almost rape). Crazy Rick is my favourite and I'm glad he's gotten his balls back in season 8

I love Negan's intro and I obviously love Rick waking up from the coma, but man I have to say this is my all time favorite scene in the whole show. So terrifying, and also my favorite part in the comics as well. Fucking amazing job!

Yo i know this is old but did you edit in "we don't" , from "we don't knill the living" when rick stabs the rapist.
I think Joe's rules were appealing because it simply follows their baser instincts without morals, unfortunately for them it probably would have never lasted without more structure. He was using beatings and fear of death to keep people in line, I doubt it would have worked in the long run. At some point those two things won't scare everyone anymore.
