I’ve also been diagnosed with some more ailments that make it difficult for me to sleep. For creamy: lotion and glue If you want more tips go to the TH-cam - Just Ameerah slimes (search that up and you will find her :) She does slime challenges and shows how to fix the slime and has a smile shop too! (She sells clay , glue bottles etc)

chewy basically means its more stiff in the beginning but it gets softer, so i would recommend lotion!!
