Wrapper is class that i have created to wrap selenium methods, if you see i am not using selenium methods directly.

Wrong title. OOPs have nothing to do with an automation framework. OOPs is part of a programming language, not a framework.
You're trying to say, "Have you utilized OOPs aspect of programming (not concept, concept is just an idea, theory) in your framework?"
