Promoters feared that the money at the gate would not be there if people could just sit at home, which has proven to become truer over the years. So, that race probably wasn't taped by or for any network. You can hear it on MRN classics though. They aired it last week on SiriusXM NASCAR. Good ole' Ken Squier :)

Why are you ruining it for the people who can't watch it on TV, but still want to watch an exciting race. When you know how it will end before it started the thrill is gone. You're kidding and or this is satire, right - ? Well, assuming your actually serious, read on. I'm self employed and there are numerous races I can't watch live throughout a given season. This is a great channel providing outstanding service but as a fan / viewer its MY responsibility to avoid news, social media and comments section(s) with race results if I want to experience a replay without foreknowledge of the results. No one is trying to ruin 'the race' for you!
I understand your frustration, because I've done it several times. But, it was I that checked the comments. No one forced me to. So, I quit looking until I finish the race. Therefore, I agree with the majority; it is your responsibility to not look at the comments. That's what this section is for.
