Hey doll. I have a quick question. I get here in the states a deluxe Pedicure everytime I get my nails done. It comes with an exfoliation service that is usually always done before anything else. Anyways, This happens EVERY.SINGLE.TIME, It feels great on my feet but once my nail tech start rubbing my shin area with the exfoliate, I get the HORRIBLE sensation right between my collar bones all the way to what feels like my heart?? It is so uncomfortable there's been times where I have to please ask her to stop. Do you know why that may happen by chance?

I would go to a doctor! You could have a heart issue/blood circulation issue. Any pain in chest area should always be looked at in my opinion. Better to be on the safe side.
