I just started to plau a few days ago and I do not have difficulty level select for a chapter on any screen. Is there some setting missing?

you have to beat the chapters to a certain point and then difficulty changes open up

I wish they'd change Stannis to not do extra shield damage and instead do something more useful. Almost never hitting someone with shields on Stannis.
