IKEMEN (MUGEN): SMG4 vs. Squeaky Airhorn V2

Squeaky Airhorn V2... even the name is odd.
We got an interesting case here:
It's your typical child's art shenanigans, but the animation is above average.
The moveset is absolutely random, yet chaotic enough for it to be fun (I mean, who else doesn't want to bring out a big ass TNT?)
Voice acting is all over the place, but so was SMG4, and I liked him, so...
The AI is a little lackluster, unless.. 😏
This character just... works. I don't know how, or why, but it does. It has it's flaws, sure, but it has potential.
It's almost giving me Boris vibes.
