I like this recipe because I love the Hamburger Helper boxes sold here in Canada as a very quick supper. I freeze portions of mince beef cooked in finely chopped onions, ready to thaw quickly. Really its a box with pasta and a spice mix and sauce packet. But they have been reducing the box contents and it isnt enough . So this recipe will come in handy.
I make a similar dish. When I make bolognese sauce, I usually make a huge pot and freeze the leftovers in smaller containers for meals later on. For a quick meal, I thaw out one of the containers of sauce, heat it through, cook up the pasta noodles then layer the sauce, noodles and cheese in a baking dish. I call it my "Cheater Lasagna". Your dish looks really good. 👍😊
I made mince and mashed potatoes ( from a packet I had ) but I followed your instructions for the mince ( I had no carrots but ) and it was great so thanks 😀

A channel called What's For Tea do a version of this called cheeseburger pasta bake it's awsome.
Looks lovely l wouldn't use the mixed herbs.
I do like his recipes he makes things easy and simple and he explains things clearly.
