The resolution emphasized the urgent need for an immediate and sustained ceasefire to safeguard civilians on all fronts, facilitate crucial aid delivery, and endorse ongoing negotiations between Israel and Hamas fighters aimed at achieving a lasting resolution to the conflict, contingent upon the release of all hostages.

Why they don’t invoke article 6 to eject the USA 🇺🇸 from UN Security Council

The USA is one of the permanent members and therefore cannot be ejected from the U.N Security Council
Article 6 does not in any way mention any provision for ejecting any member of the security council. it only mentions ten members to be selected from non - permanent member of the UN. I suppose article 5 could be looked into, but even that has to go through the Security Council and no matter what, the US would veto any such move rendering it completely moot. Even if one was to take the Israel to task and try to evict it from the UN, US shall veto that too. That makes for very skewed sense of justice in that any action against favoured protectorates will be vetoes by any permanent member. I suppose the only way to get anything done properly is to disband the entire UN and form a new alliance of nations without permanent and highly privileged members who can get in the way of justice simply by veto. The only move I see that stands for the international community to make real changes, is to withdraw from the UN and form a new alliance. All members except the five permanent states have pretty much no real power.

You see, the word "imperative" was used in the resolution and that word means "to give a command", and in order to give a command there must be an authority which can do so.
So what the US was doing here trying to get the world to think that either the UN, which is morally bankrupt, and the US, which is way overdrawn on its account in that regards, has any authority, moral or otherwise, to tell Israel, a sovereign state, what to do, because they don't!

It was rubbish, typical US Narrative.
it was as realistic as it can get. Everything else is just a wishful thinking.
You see, the word "imperative" means "to give a command", and in order to give a command there must be an authority which an do so.
So what the US was doing here is playing a game of illusion in trying to get the world to think that either the UN, which is morally bankrupt, and the US, which is way overdrawn on its account in that regards, has any authority to tell Israel what to do, because they don't!
