    I don't want to be mean , but I would definitely be surprised if this startup didn't fail !
    First of all , the founders' story is just a propensity to failure
    They are more connected by their friendship than their vision
    Second , the name they choose can't be more deceptive it has the connotation of biotech startup while it's a medtech one
    Third, they choose the wrong place to place their startup away from the network effect can play its role cause the gov promised them to offer help I mean come on they can't even help themselves
    They are delusional
    Fourth , they made the typical mistake that all
    Lab bench to bedside startups do obsessing over specific tech instead of a problem
    In a medtech startup , you should always be placing your company to solve an unmet problem that is worth solving
    Fifth , if you are new to the industry you better not starting by a totally new modality that would require everything else to change
