After reviewing this which is slow I don't think I want to check out the M50HD. Because it has this same weak outdated chipset!

Bought this T50HD and it lasted only a month, refused to charge or turn on. Unfortunately there's no aftersales service available for repair in Malaysia. Hence do check if there is any after-sales support in your country
I was thinking of buying it. Was it any good? Like the screen, and speaker?

Remember the iFive Mini 4S? I loved that one. Those were the tablets that really defined the budget Chinese tablet market. The good old days.

nice review, what would you recommend as a cheap but great youtube tablet, basically great screen + high res like the Teclast T20 had a 2560 X 1600 IPS screen and was dirt cheap.

You shouldn't be forced to running single OS on any device. All devices should support open source OS.
back to the roots! These devices are good for people like my parents, basic browsing and some videos. Why pay more?

When you say slow for gaming does that include cloud gaming like xbox game pass or just games actually installed and running the game actually off the hardware NOT streamed via cloud?
I suppose for the price, the overall spec is reasonable and using the T606 with 2 x A75@1.6GHz + 6 x A55@1.6GHz is perhaps not that surprising. Decent enough amount of memory and storage too. So for an everyday tablet pretty good. But for me, there is one feature that should be on all tablets and phones in 2024, video over USB-C. There is zero excuse not to include it to give versatility. So for this reason only, I would not consider a purchase.
They have this with a more powerful CPU the G99.
9:30 have you tried RAM Plus in your settings? rn its on 4gb but use RAM Plus you can upgrade it to 6gb

Any body thats had any experience with cheap tablets know this tablet is trash just like every other cheap tablet. So stop trying to pass this garbage off as something worth buying.
