  • This "camera cop" is getting popular on TH-cam, so is Frank legit? What does he get wrong during his traffic stops? I'm watching a few "Fridays with Frank" videos for the first time, so let's see what I find.

in AZ, (where Pinal County is located) officers do not have to tell you why they have stopped you. This could be to allow them to fish. The officer may pull you over for an "inoperable" tail light, as a reason to get your ID and search for warrants and if you come back without warrants the officer will just give you a "warning". If the officer told you it was for a tail light, you can demonstrate that it is operable and the reason for the stop is no longer valid.

I heard in his case he falsified overtime or hours worked and got caught. Hence why he is probably stuck doing traffic stops for the remainder of his career, since he can't be counted on to testify in court on a criminal case. The second reason is because once you get his DL & registration, you know who you're stopping, You might want to do a ride along with cops. They're not out there to suck dick. @tontoepstein6860 No, you didn't... You can look up the actual infractions leading to them being placed on the Brady List... Try again, bud...

Recording audio-only by having your phone laying on the seat sounds like a good idea.

Don't ever trust Deputy Dawg, especially if he offers to explain the law to you. It is usually gaslighting, not deescalation.

If i had to look in the mirror every morning (as a police officer or Sheriff) knowing I'm on traffic detail, I'd feel like the biggest loser on the face of the earth. I'd rather work at McDonald's than be a revenue collector for the state, city or county.

You should do a collab with the Pot Brothers Attorneys at Law. "It's shut the f*** up Friday! Don't talk to the police!"

That first guy, Frank said something like "I can't wait to see him in court", but Frank didn't show up. He probably never shows up since he's Brady listed and his testimony is useless.

There is another video of an auditor asking Fwank if he is on the Brady list.
Fwank confirmed he was and tried to explain.

Biggest problem with "Friday's with Frank" is that he's got the comments turned off. On a lot of videos half the fun is the comment section.
