It's nice to buy something new for yourself. The polishes are very pretty and I love the ILNP brand, especially when it has glitters. Pure Ice brand used to be sold at Walmart in the states but I haven't seen them in a few years. That is a beautiful shade and looks like it would be good as a topper.
