wow, the longest exploration episode yet, no?
I'm scared monstadt 100% will take even LONGER, it was the first region out and really had to get us hooked so uh.. that's gonna be a 3 hour long explore video (oof)
hope you will enjoy this one though! and looking forward to uploading some shorter videos in the following weeks (other than story quest type stuff c:)
gonna try to do the same as when thoma/itto came out and farm for a week, ~15 mn video is GREAT for a little while imho, until father comes out uhuhuhuh (I bet it's gonna be a pain domain type beat)
hope the editing is up to par, the start was great I feel but 2 hours is... a lot to try and be creative with so it may be a bit less HYPER around the end (also fits the mood of that part of the explore I'd say)

chenyu was especially depressing to me bc everything was so gray and boring to look at :( no fun lamps or nothing

To answer your question about the food menu at the start, when you are at a pot cooking something, the items are sorted by rarity, however when you open the backpack to consume food, it is sorted into category. So it's nothing new, it just changes between cooking and consuming.
(I spend way too much time cooking so I know. I've gotten max proficiency on every dish from 1 to 5 star food.)

chenyu vale is my favorite area to explore so far, the puzzles are simple but still fun, it isnt that complicated, the quests are actually fun and entertaining, and its so pretty!
These working class treasure hoarders were there because that world quest on the beach was about bandits from fontaine making a deal with treasure hoarders from liyue
I can’t believe he did all that exploring for 1600 primos lmaoo why is hoyo so stingy
isn't too bad considering you could get 300 pulls Worth in the map alone.

I recently started watching your videos after a long time of them being recommended and I'm so glad I did. I binged like majority of the exploring videos in a day. I just love how much you actually enjoy the exploration, I feel like a lot of TH-camrs either don't do exploration at all or do it for completionists sake. Like as much as these are 100% videos they don't feel like they're a chore for you. It really just represents how I play the game, I honestly always end up getting like 70-80% of the new maps within the first few days just because I enjoy it so much. Anyway all that to say, I really enjoy these videos and they're definitely going in my list of chill videos I rewatch in the background when I'm doing other things.

If you still haven't noticed, that rock pile that spawned 7 anemo slimes you have to kill twice, is also surrounded by 7 goats. And it's directly below Celestia.
as a teapot main, I can tell you the big chenyu vale items are in the green chests and the detail items are in the teapot shop! and i like a good mix, so i made sure i got all of both :] the small details are what make builds look super cool and intricate but you need the big pieces for background too, yaknow? (maybe i'm just biased cuz i love chenyu vale so i was extremely happy with all the furniture here hehe)
