Madam in this lecture on constitution is of federal nature, should we not mention about the famous case Kesavnanda Bharathi vs. State of Kerala . Kindly clarify. Thanks

No, the kesavananada Bharathi case says that the constitution is amendable without altering the basic structure of the constitution.
So cite this case only in this context
