Angie Harmon's daughter Avery Sehorn has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a North Carolina nightclub, just days after celebrating her high school graduation.
The 18-year-old - whom the Law & Order actress, 51, shares with ex-husband Jason Sehorn - was arrested on Thursday, June 6, after a Charlotte nightclub owner accused her and two 17-year-old boys of breaking into the business and stealing bottles of alcohol, local outlet WCCB reported.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Avery allegedly broke into World Nightclub in Charlotte and stole $500 worth of liquor in six bottles on Wednesday, June 5.
Fox News reported that the alleged break-in occurred at around 11:30 p.m., citing an incident report, and arrest records obtained by PEOPLE show that Avery was arrested just two minutes after midnight on the same night.
