New Years Eve With Maggie The Rescued Collie ~ Up For Adoption!

Recently we put out an advert for somebody with a calm home environment who would be willing to let us bring Maggie for visits, a new place to add to her list of regular day trip locations.
Maggie had a wonderful 6 months in foster care with volunteer Archie which ended a few months back when he found out he would be relocating for work. Our aim when posting this new advert was to find somewhere that Maggie can visit regularly with her most familiar volunteer, giving her relief from kennel time and more opportunity to decompress whilst we capture the process on camera to show potential adopters and foster carers online.
Maggie had a big response to this proposal which we are so grateful for, we are still working through the messages we received and everyone will get a reply. We may add another home to her list of days out in the future depending on how much longer she ends up waiting for her match to find her.
Another of Maggie's volunteers, Animal Management lecturer Nadine has very kindly offered regular visits to her home which we hope to build up to sleepovers in February half term when she is off work. Watch this space!
