You go and do it u will be great go and do thing u want
honestly just go for it, choose some days you can go, maybe after college or school and don't overwork yourself at first cause you'll quit easily Secondly don't expect results straight away, they'll build up! but I'm sure you'll do great just go for it 💕

The first time I went I was by myself and I walked in and out of the changing room about 3 times because I was so scared. I ended up sitting in the changing room and giving myself a talking to before I finally got out there and did it. I now go everyday. Honestly you think everyone will stare at you but no one cares and no one stares, they’re to busy getting on with it themselves. If it helps ask one of the members of staff to give you an induction on how everything works. Good luck! You got this!!
