    Please give more real example

What additional questions do you have after this example?
For example, if a nonconformance has been raised several times at different locations for workers not completing the Environmental site inspection checklist prior to work commencing, this may indicate that the root cause has not been identified and appropriate corrective action implemented as the issue continues to reoccur. This could be further exacerbated if an incident occurs, and the investigation identifies that the site inspection may have prevented this from occurring. The intent is to investigate, determine the cause and then implement corrective action to prevent the nonconformance from happening again, not only where they were identified in the first place, but in any other location or situation as well.
The next step is to review and analyse what occurred and how it actually happened. This might involve following the set process and timeframes, interviewing workers responsible for completing the environmental inspection checklists, reviewing the checklist itself and so on. Once we have gone through this process, we should have identified the root, core cause of this issue. And then we can move on to implementing a corrective action that should prevent it from recurring or occurring elsewhere.

@@auditortrainingonline Great! I appreciate for prompt respond and assistance. Another question is about awareness and training staffs. Is training staffs necessary and what topic they should get trained for? For example I reviewed job roles and added related responsibilities to each role. For example for a worker who fillet fish, I added a line about shutting off the valve of water when it is not needed to prevent wasting water or for a office staff, turning off the light. Also I reviewed induction form for new employees and added a section about company’s target and objectives for environment. I want to hold short training classes for staffs about environmental and social sustainability and targets of company . Also I made a sustainability notice board in staffs canteen to display objectives, targets, revision and acheivements. Any thing else is needed or any suggestion for me?

Thanks for the follow up questions. Clause 7.2 Competence is about training actions to ensure that people meet the required competence for the jobs they are doing with regards to environmental performance. The topic of training and awareness is the environmental systems and operations that are related to their jobs. I am not fully familiar with your system, however I would have thought that shutting off the valve of water and turning off the light were more to do with operational procedures than specifically in a persons job role and related responsibilities. There may be a Standard Operating Procedure for each task and those are the types of things that would be in that SOP. The training then for people in these roles would include the SOPs. Does that make sense?
I think including the company's target and objectives for environment in employee inductions is brilliant and a great place for them. Of course if any of them change then another follow up awareness/training would be required outside of the induction process. This falls nicely into your goal of short training classes which is another great idea.
Your Sustainability notice board is a great way of communiting. It sounds like you have addressed the awareness and communication aspects (clauses 7.3 and 7.4).
      I hope this helps.
      Regards,
      Jackie
