Wow, Maja aa gya. Our family members has sweet tooth and when my mom cook gur waale chawal we Polish them off quickly. Also bottom layer of rice sometimes gets crisp (almost like Persian tahdig) and they taste awesome. Nicely done, enjoyed the rustic feel of your home.
