In this video we did a natural hair transformation. Lauren got a Keratin based treatment to reduce frizz and increase longevity of the silk press. We also added tape hair extensions for a natural fuller look. Lauren's hair is textured low density fine and medium porosity.

Hello, you can use concentrated apple cider vinegar and dilute it with water to completely eliminate the crust. It is applied twice every five days and placed on the hair for three minutes, then rinsed with cold water only without shampoo, then using natural corn oil for hair, where it is placed on the hair with a light swab and massage the hair after washing it.

I don’t think she wants to change her texture. The keratin treatment is probably to smooth the hair and reduce frizz and increase the longevity of her silk press.

@Jennifer Cynthia, I use to do keratin treatments and it did wonders for my hair. I am natural now, would that change my curl pattern or totally take it away if I do keratin again?
Hi love, yes, your curl pattern may change after the treatment… everyone is different so it could also take your curl pattern away completely. This is most likely to happen if you do keratin treatments repeatedly
