Jiny Metro - Smallest Desk on Earth / Orinoco Bookstore

I found out about the Czech band Jiny Metro through another friend, and later through their series of Instagram Reels. I loved their quirky harmonies, and I thought the musicians held a specific type of charisma akin to the films Juno or Garden State, that non-pretentious 2000s wholesome coolness. It's somehow transported into eastern European 2020s coolness, which works quite well too.
It was a pleasure to invite them down to Leipzig and have them play here, their music fit in the bookshop just like any book would. They play three songs which will be on their upcoming album. You can follow them on all of the social media platforms too!
