Those of you crying about it having a 305 and it not being a true SS clearly don’t understand how this love of muscle cars works, and that a lot of these muscle cars evolve from someone’s vision. They start somewhere, take weeks/months/years to get to a place and they may never be “finished.” Sometimes they are sold before the vision is realized. My Nova started life as a straight 6 and now has a 383. May end up with a big block one day, and I hope I never have to sell it.
What a disappointment hearing 305 in this thing.. Of course the horn works !!!!! So many people would want to try that thing especially with that yellow paint and stripes. You would just have to wave at them and shake your head. Ugh.....Buzz kill. But, you want something that looks nice and a bit easier on gas, well, there ya go.
I work by this dealership and I passed by it twice best looking darn dealership in the state my opinion buy your car from maple motors people go for it
That's quite a statement Allen Arango !! I'm sure it's a hell of a place to drive by. It would definitely get my heart racing and it's only getting bigger/nicer. Just in the couple years I've been watching it's grown tremendously. The vehicles are nicer as well. Getting a reputation as being a straight shooter well, you see what happens. Kudos to Maple Motors. PEACE from Philadelphia
If it was a true SS the way that it is, maybe $35000 without looking at it close, Nick I'm not busting your stones I just feel that $32k is expensive for what it is. I own a BB 70 and always looking for more.
After owning four running and driving 1970 and 71 Chevelle‘s plus a few more that never hit the road, I cannot believe what a weird color combination that interior has in it. It appears that the seats are factory color but the dash appears to be green. I had a 1971 as my last one and it had that same funky saddle interior in it. and as most of you on here have stated already, this is not an SS. This is a dressed up Malibu. I always preferred the sweep dash anyway. I believe they have it over priced for what it is. The interior needs to be black, including the dash and the dash pad and the steering wheel and carpet and that funky colored headliner. If the other owner didn’t want to spend a fortune on an engine they should have found a 300 hp 350! I put one of those in one of my Chevelles and it motivated it down the street quite well. My others all had modified 454s in them. And they were all Malibu’s and remained Malibu’s.
Very interesting to find a Chevelle with a 305 motor as u can see it's hard to start begging for 396 or 454 understood yellow & black is nice combination wish I wish on this one aswell as baby blue 57 Chevy Stepside from few videos ago.
I love the car, Did they ever make a factory "Tweety bird" yellow Chevelle ? I don't know I'm not up on my Chevy paint history. It's a really nice car though.
The reason it’s $32900 and only a 305 is because it’s a 70 not a 71 or 72 the 70 is worth more money period I wouldn’t have it for that price with a 305 as for me but it’s clean and seems to not be junk

Exactly. I hope to have a beautiful car like this one day.
Take that 305 out and install a 327 so it feels like a muscle car a little bit!
Big block
396

Or a nice 396 would be awesome & 4 speed on the floor!!
454 on the side with a 305 under the hood
He's a one man crew!
He trying to give a view of the car in motion.

Someone needs to buy this beautiful yellow '70 Chevelle and do an engine swap on her.
This car looks and sounds AWESOME!!!!
So it's a non SS 305 with All the issues you point out and it's $33000 WOW 😳
If it was an SS it would be $45k

Rough Life for that poor car
Why?
How so??? Explain. Looks pretty decent to me for the price point.
The drool factor has kicked in!! I just love a good-looking, sounding deep exhaust system Chevelle!! 😍❤❤❤
Great looking Chevelle!!!! 😍
Thank you! 🤗
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate 🙂👍
Nice car but they didn't make a 305 in 1970 that's it's only downfall
Putting this interior in this car is like Putting a straight 6 in a 65 mustang fast back. I hate it. This looks like the interior of a caprice.
The best piece of current inventory

Hey Nick, big shout-out to you you , with those pretty cool cars, I'm trying to get to you one day, and soon 😊!!
Too bad it's not a real SS. =(
I didn't get a Heart cuz I called it out. HAHA! No big.
Nick out here still ghost riding the whip
You ever run into that guy who ran over your camera and some speaks with him?
Excellent!
Many thanks!
That green dash says it probably was an original green car. Yuck!
Nick, I am diggin the music . Sounds really awesome my friend , love all the videos also ! Keep Rockin !
Thanks, will do!
Nice. Just needs a real engine. Drop in a 454 and she's a screamer.
Very nice 👌
Thanks 😊
Do the burgandy 69 chevelle!!
A column shift really
Lol. Yes. It's obvious.🤣
💯💯💯💯💯
And a 305
Also it’s not a real ss has bench seat and column shift notice the ss badge says 454 under it on sides If this as a real 70 ss 454 it would be $78000
Clean car
And the only problem with these muscle cars is there gas tank right in the back that well be a major problem if someone hit it from behind
🔥🔥🔥🔥💪💪💪💪

If I had the cash !!!!
To be honest with ya this kind of chevelle is only fitting on him is the 454 block just that only
Old yeller!
I love yellow cars but id never buy one.
Nick borrow me $32,000
Not even close to a real SS
Not advertised as a real SS, price would also be 45k
what happens if a fat toad hiding under the seat jumps out onto the gas pedal and your on the outside filming 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I like the car but I would haveta shove a real motor in it . Hate ,hate ,hate 305s
Kinda weird with a 454 bade with a 305. Kinda makes me wonder if someone took out the motor and swapped it.
