I will stick to your agenda of reading, googling and mirror practice. Before I head over to your HR podcasts video, I want to tell you why I want the document you mentioned in the last 90 secs of the video. The reason is that I want to improve my knowledge about the current HR topics that I need to ace the interview and while googling on my own is the sure way to go, your document would be good structure for me to know if I'm missing anything or not. I'm eager to know about your own personal experience in the interview rounds, so if you've made any video on such a topic, do let me know!

Kal hi TISSNET 2022 ke result aaye hai aur Maine CODP ka cutoff clear Kiya hai,but Mai Abhi interview ko lekar thoda tension me hoo,kyonki Meri English weak hai,to muze next 2 month Kya karna chahiye?aur 1 sawal interview English me hi hote hai Kya?

I had around same experience. How does that matter?
@@AkhilDamodareAllSorted some of my friends said that most companies do not short list if you are having 3+ experience. ... They said to go for executive MBA.

TISS will provide. No need to make cv on your own

yes the interviewers allow you to speak in any language, in my case they were also comfortable with marathi. lol.
