- In this video, we will make Kadhai Pizza, this is a recipe for making pizza without using an oven. This Yeast-free Pizza Dough is Instant, and requires just 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients:
Paneer - 100g
Salt - 1 tsp
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ tsp
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 large sliced
Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
Tomatoes - 1 large
Salt - 1 ½ cups
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Fresh Yogurt - to make dough (around ⅓ cup)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Dry Flour - to roll pizza base
Pizza Sauce - 6 tbsp
Pizza Cheese - 150g
Pizza Herbs - 1 tsp

The pizza came out so wonderfully well..my kids and my neighbours kids finished three such pizzas in less than 15 minutes.. All credit goes to you.. We are pure vegetarians so we don't eat food in a place where nonveg is cooked.. Now this is the only option for my kids to enjoy pizzas..

At first I was sceptical, but the pizza came out great. The dough is very soft, melts in the mouth, toppings good and spicy. You know, I'm not Indian, don't live in India, don't have these Indian kitchen utensils (I wonder if they're availble in my city at all) so I was afraid somthing would go wrong if I use just similar pots. But it worked. Great recipe.

Can you tell benefits of adding baking powder and baking soda? What will be outcome if we don't add either of these, do they have side effects
Both baking soda and baking powder helps the dough to rise and little and be soft. And, yogurt acts as a medium for these to act well with the dough. If you don't add, it won't rise and be like a roti
