Hi I totally agree that's the reason why majority of the folks who get those coverted services are children of beurocrats (folks who stay off in Delhi for 3,4 years with extensive coaching) Or it's the gifted ones who cracked everything in first attempt . Most of the above average middle class students limit to SSC & other grade b jobs cos of lack of time & resources.
Since you are able to watch this video and comment on it, It would not be wrong to conclude that you have more than enough resources available to clear this exam. Don't make poverty an excuse, though I am sure you are above poverty line. You could say this for any exam but there are numerous examples for every exam where poor students have managed to clear.
