the data is not printed where ? in the file ? the file is located in the same folder of your application (or in the folder of your project if you are running the application from netbeans). The file is a binary file, so you cannot read it using a text editor. If the rows are added, this means that the file exists.

you have no data checks. at phone number its accepts string value instead of just numbers..you. have a lot more to do with data handeling
