My last week has honestly been hell, and seeing people react to Stromae's pain has helped me so much. I've seen people feel so bad for him, respect his way of showing his feelings very bluntly, that I have been able to deal with my own suicidal thoughts. Yeah, I too had suical thoughts, of which I am not proud. Just like how Stromae singlehandedly caused a spike of people calling the suicide hotline, I feel like seeing him look me dead in the eyes talk about his demons, has made me respect mine. Thank you Stromae!
It really describes his mental health decline from before the pandemic. Many, many people suffer mental health crises daily, it often does not show on the surface, like a physical injury, so many people who are unfamiliar with these issues tend to ignore it, play it down or outright mock it. And then there are people who are familiar through books and education, yet lack any experience of the suffering, such experts are often delusional, arrogant and narcissistic in their handling of people who suffer mental health crises. The taboo and stigma on mental health issues and subsequent feelings of abandonment and loneliness are a big problem and it's great Stromae opens eyes with this one. Believe he sang it on some big night tv show in France too.
I love that you spoke about this, mental health is very important and I love how open and vulnerable Stromae is in his music. Always telling the truth of what we all experience
This ! Please change the batteries in your smoke detectors ! This is the alarms telling you they need new batteries, or else they can't do their job properly !
Your reviews are great and well explained to me a none french-speaker. Keep them coming. Can you please review one of his earlier hip hop songs entitled 'Faut qu't'arrtes le rap'. Appreciated.
Your insights were spot on, as opposed to so many videos that miss it completely, but the quality of your audio is horrible. There was a constant beeping noise in the background that really ruined it for me. Other than that, loved your commentary.
You're the first one, who totally got this video and the lyrics. Thank you ❤️.
❤️❤️❤️
you need to change your battery from your fire alarm . great reaction video btw ☺
