This is an absolute goldmine. I was on the hunt for a playlist to refresh my memory on different concepts, and I am glad I stumbled upon this channel. Love the tech humor as well! Great job!

I like your tutorials very much. I love that all of them aren't boring, narrated with a boring male voice which stays in front of a computer without care for life. Thumbs up and subscribe!
I like to think of slicing as the first unit starting from 0, and the second unit starting from 1. If you have a list of [a. b. c. d. e] and you want the 2:4 slice, you can count a = 0, b = 1 c = 2 (start slice). Then you can count again a = 1, b = 2, c = 3, d = 4 (end slice). Because "2 to 4 but not including 4" is such a hassle to say in the head.
Your video was really good. Great explanations. I especially like the fact that you were very clear and detailed with defining #concatenation and one can identify an element that is connected to a particular index. It was really helpful to me that you did not stray off topic by talking about your cat or what you had for lunch or the position of the camera. Sometimes when TH-camrs do that during an instructional video, it is annoying and distracting. Thanks for the great video! 👍
You deserve Some great awards really! Can feel the efforts that you are making behind every video for us to understand better. Keep doing this !✨. You ' re just nailing it . Keep it upp . Lots of love for Socratica!❤️
I find myself watching even videos about things i know im good at, just becouse of the humor and also the easy explanations, that tought me something i missed totally, great channel, wish i found it long before i started coding in python!
I didn't understand why Python had so many data-collection data structures, until I learned other languages that didn't have nearly enough. Using an older version of JS right now on Khan Academy and I REALLY REALLY miss some dictionaries. Even having sets AND lists is suddenly a nostalgic luxury.
I'm teaching a beginner python workshop, and have been scouring youtube for good videos to recommend to my students. This kicks butt -- concise, gets across all the key points (except maybe "pop", but whatever), and also is very careful to clear up potential stumbling blocks. Loved the way you animated/described negative indices. Overall, just such good production quality, and a fun personality to the video as well.
I really enjoy your videos. You make learning very easy and interesting. Thumbs up for the length of each video also. They are short as they should, but with plenty of useful info. You have won a subscriber. :)
What a great channel !! Excelent extrañolanations !. I have a lot of fun learning from your videos, dpecially de Python playlist wich is so clear. I love the tech humor you add everywhere. Vongratulations,!! Magnific teaching job ! Keep going !!!
Thank you for this video about lists, it helped me out to solve the problem I was stuck with, which result I uploaded on my own channel. I like your content, your explanation is very clear. I hope my own script can be as clean, if someone could give me some feedback, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
To get the list reversed, but not reverse the list in place: example[::-1] That way you get the reverse without changing the list order. I figured that one out via typo.
Well explained ma'am.. thanks a lot. Plz discuss Python array too.. I m confused to see array coz its looks like list.. And your video is so fast. It has to be pause many times to see, understand and grasp it..
This is incredible! I was starting to learn with LinkedIn Tutorials but after a few courses it turned out rigid and boring, so I ended up here, the information is so clear and well presented! Plus I felt in love with the role play of the AI girl, the voice and the sound, just awesome! btw, what code editor or IDE are you using? or is it just a text writing for animation and video purposes? My best regards! I wish you all the success!
Very Well done! That sound you hear is me clapping!! Could you please show how to use Lists to study Linear Algebra. No. Numpy is not allowed. I don't want Numpy to do it for me. I want to know how to do it.
Maybe you are under that impression because you can use Lists to make a kind of matrix by putting lists into lists :D like example = [[0, 1,], [2, 4]] then example[1][1] is 4 ^^

Geli keep in mind python was made mainly for data collection and studying

Just hopping for her to say: "unable to comply, building in progress"
"primary building set"
"Harvester under attack"
0:53 append
1:37 index
2:37 slicing
4:25 combine lists
This saves so much time. I like the style of these videos. :) Thanks.
the entire python series is awesome

I want more from her. Please make more Python videos.
These are the best Python videos
Indexing can take some getting used to, but what’s nice is that with, for example, [2:6] you know the slice is 6-2=4 items long.
Thanks I learned 3 new things which will help me in my exam thank u so much sis🧡🧡
What a great channel !! Excelent extrañolanations !.

In Python 3 you can also get primes[0:6] as primes[:6]

Thank you for this very useful video!

Great video! I love the whole futuristic look. just sub, hoping to learn python to try to eventually head to C++.
your videos are really great >
but why i feel that you'v escaped out of matrix ^_^
anyways thanks
Maybe you are under that impression because you can use Lists to make a kind of matrix by putting lists into lists :D like example = [[0, 1,], [2, 4]] then example[1][1] is 4 ^^
great and being out of matrix are not mutually exclusive
I really like your videos

This an amazing video
When would I use a set instead of a list? It seems as though a list does everything that a set would, but with additional flexibility.
please make more videos!
