Excellent review. These are my top choices to replace my current Babolat racquets.

Great review. I enjoy these better when the rackets are similar like these. It's a little whacky when you do a 98 vs 100 frames because they are so different.

“You must get out and try them” and there lies the problem. It is so difficult in the UK to try rackets. Yes some online stores will send you ademo, but you can’t compare different rackets. Great video as always though. I really like toe look of the vcore

Yes and most of the times the strings and tension will be different in both of the racquets. So it’s even tougher to compare two frames when the strings are different too 🫠

Ugh. That’s terrible. 😐 Does Tennis Warehouse Europe send out multiple racquets at the same time? TW does here in the States does.

@@PH-Tennis-Equipment Thanks for the offer, but it sort of highlights the issue. I pay for a racket and you send it to me to try, if I dont like it I pay to send it back and you refund minus the £20 demo fee and stringing cost. So I’m £40+ down and then have to try another. I can never truly try multiple rackets and compare them. This isn’t a criticism of you guys as that’s what everyone else does and it must be hard to make the business model work.

Don‘t know why, but I really like the „personality“ style of comparison 😂👍
It‘s way easier to understand than rackets just being „lively“, „controlled“, etc.

I just personally find Head rackets to be more style over substance, just don't get good feedback compared to Yonex, Babo etc

If you could always share the type of strings, gage, and tension it would be super. Thank you.

@@PH-Tennis-Equipment not the official numbers but more of the feelings, cause I think there are stiff rackets that feels quite comfortable, curious how the PA feels in terms of the "stiffness" comparing to the vcore

Since all rackets cost the same, I don't see why people don't want to just buy Yonex. They have great quality control so you can buy two of them and know what you get, they have better sweet spot design for the same sqin and they are very well rounded rackets. The other brands have always something more and something less that you want only when you are high UTR player to adjust to your style. For a 3 to 4 player Yonex is the way to go.

@@PH-Tennis-Equipment true but most of us google what we like since we can't try everything. That's why we watch these kind of videos. What I am saying that we all get little fooled by these reviews, for an intermediate player the racket should be the last worries. If one has little bit more spin or power doent' really matter, the big improvement to do is with the biomechanics first

The 100 is the premium topspin frame, with a high launch angle while the 98 has a lower launch angle and just feels different, definitely more for players who like to hit through the ball instead of brushing it with maximum spin.
