With getting a bigger freezer I’m finally able to bulk buy and meal prep in total I managed about 25 meals worth plus some cakes and bakes ☺️ if you’d like any of the recipes let me know and I’ll do my best to link them

Ahh I always wondered if you could freeze spuds. Can you cook them from frozen or defrost? Xx

And did you parboil then soak them in cold water? Xx

Yes I part boiled them then put them in ice water then dried off and froze 🙂 they cook straight from frozen 🙂 xx
