Time-traveling powers, interesting? Did he ever use this very convenient and possibly one of the overpowered superpower to ever exist to save his family and stop the 100 death tragedy? Or he somehow can't do to plot convenience like a "canon event" trope, or some sort of "weakness".
Well his power works in this small bursts and he doesn't always control when it launches up. As for weakness. Hank is a drunk - he is his own kryptonite.
