Can Midjourney AI Help Me Design a New Urbanist Town

I asked Midjourney AI to help me design a Seaside New Urbanist Town, and the results were surprising. These results were generated with Midjourney version 4.
I discovered that although AI has the remarkable ability to create images that mimic the drawing styles of new urbanist architects and planners, such as the marker on trace style seen here, Midjourney doesn't have the thinking ability needed to create a town plan that makes sense.
However, since the AI software was also designing in a vacuum (no site plan given, if you could even give it parameters like a site plan), it did a pretty good job.
