    Every time some new piece of evidence or new victim comes forward there’s a whole other special for the networks to make . Free money I guess. This one is pretty high quality , and the girlfriend of his is a good new addition . I just hope this is the last one for a while .
    Bundy , dahmer , Gacy ...
    Night stalker , Manson ....
    They’re walking a thin line . It’s almost as if they’re glorifying their crimes . They certainly have made them all extremely famous, which must be inspiring to future killers .

    I never knew why bundy was the most reported about & top " fish" of the serial killers but now w/ all this new coverage I get it. When he was caught law enforcement didnt even have the term serial killer. What's fascinating is to the people who knew him it's like 2 separate people. Plus he really is so different than other serial killers. He has no background of abuse he was a young attractive law student who could get girls willingly in his car b/c he was so clean cut in suits no hair out of place charming & nice. Than add the lovely family man he was to liz & her child. Plus he escaped unbeilably not once but twice. I think thats more a testament to how unprepared the cops were for someone like this. It's still inexcusable I mean ur cops hes in jail for the 2nd escape how the heck do u not have him in a cell b/c unless hes Houdini how did he get out? Also add that he was a law student a college grad & he was his own lawyer. People must have been blown away w/ this case. On top of it theirs a positive if their can be b/c of him law enforcement & forensic psychology in general was born in studying how serial killers operate & that they do have m.o.'s they dont stray from which I'm sure cops & feds didnt even know. His help on catching the greenway killer was a plus but also him explaining how serial killers think helped to build a standard psychological profile that has been very helpful. He told one det the " only way to catch us is to think like us live our world & ull never be able to do that " no but seeing patterns & understanding the sick $HIT THEY do helps put forensic people & shrinks & detectives w/ something to work with.
    Before bundy can u imagine how many serial killers their were? He got as far as he did for so long b/c in the 70s from what I heard & is fact is cops werent prepared for this kind of evil , their was no dna different jurisdictions didnt share info by computer no cell phones to track him or the women couldnt call plus no internet where everybody in a sec can hear about everything. That's why he travelled all over the country to not get attention. Also no camera surveillance all over outside. That's why I think he was careless in giving his real name all over & never changing cars. Once he was on everyones radar that helped greatly to do him in. I mean how many guys named ted drove a tan v.w. bug w/ his description. Today he would have been caught , or he would have adapted to the times but still all the cameras would catch his plate number. So he would have had to ditch his car & clothes all the time b/c of dna & his car familiarity. Trie heroes are carol who is the only one who fought him & got away the cop who stopped him & he ran & his gf liz for turning him in.

    Dad was nice looking, but he was also a Mama's boy from Mora, New Mexico. Raised in the 1950s with successful parents, he was one of the few who owned a car. As with many others, forcing sex on a date was 'normal' so Mom felt trapped into marrying him. (I was born as a result, but she endured 15 years of HELL before the divorce.) *When you start a relationship with violence, it is ALL down hill from there. His younger brother, Paul Pacheco later molested myself and a younger sister. (Sadly, Cindy committed suicide in Aug 2022.) With a list of bad relationships and mistakes under my belt, I tried to help a man from ABQ's North Valley. Professing to be a born-again Christian in the Catholic Charismatic movement, he convinced me of his sincerity. Guy wasn't bad looking, but it was his charm and sensitivity that blind-sighted me. LADIES, that man almost killed me! When his eyes turned coal BLACK, Guy had 'left' the building. This world is a dangerous place and there are human beings who have DARK hearts and minds. Choose a good guy, because God is not impressed with the outer shell. {God knows your heart. Luke 16:15}

      Bundy went to church to establish a clean cut persona. Churches are generally very accepting and welcoming of new people. Who knows, maybe he was looking for some victims. It was also a very small community and no one would expect a killer in their midst. Bundy was also charismatic and quite smart. Thankfully the town was small and that officer knew who lived in that house and the officer.knew what he was doing.

    One of the things we understand better these days is the role of compulsive addiction in crime, not just serial killing but across many other types of crime too. People literally get addicted to the high they experience when committing these crimes, just like a drug addict. There's a theory in psychology called the theory of low arousal. That ADHD and Antisocial Personality Disorder are linked in many offenders and that people who have them may have brains that exist in an abnormally low state of arousal, so they commit extreme acts just to feel alive
