This cover art was inspired by their compilation tape “Nothing Safe: Best Of The Box” cover, which depicts a fetus in a hole. As well as the EP cover “Jar Of Flies” which depicts, well, jars of flies. In the song “What’s My Name?” Zilla recites a line about Viet-Congs, Heroin/Godsmack, and guerilla warfare. A direct reference to not only the vietnam war, but Alice In Chain’s hit song “Rooster” and another one “Godsmack”
