Brilliant. I've always thought it makes sense to exercise a muscle in the way it was meant to work. So basically the pectorals are designed to primarily bring your arms across your body.
Thanks for replying! Actually according to my doctor MRI shows no signs of tear neither in rotator cuff nor in labrum! But still I have pain during flexion of shoulder and when I life my hand internally rotatated! My shoulder shrug when I try to do flexion movement I don't know why...Otherwise I can do like 100 pushups no problems in pull ups and other exercises except bench press where things get pretty worse!
malik zain you may be overtraining your shoulder and might have a strain, sprain, or an impingement. Unfortunately, it's hard to say due to the fact that a person's shoulder is highly used on a daily basis. I'm sorry I can't help you out any further
