This is very heart breaking to watch, and it’s a very lonely way of being sick or even dying because your friends and loved ones can not visit you or be with you in the hospitals.
So many many people are going to die because of fear of the hospitals. If I had a heart attack, I don’t think that I’d want to go to the hospital either, but if it was the covid-19, I’d go to the hospital, for Sure.
In a way, now you can see that before this, many people simply like to flood hospital ER's even for minor cases. Suddenly now people are not sick anymore. It makes you wonder...
Not all hospitals will see people in A&E though so its not surprising people are dying with other health problems when there's no medical help available for most of us. Before I was told to go in isolation as extremely vulnerable I received letters & texts from my GP surgery saying there would be no appointments to see a Dr & NOT to go to the surgery, I was also told NOT to attend hospital or visit chemist for medical help, instead I was told to contact 111 which I have tried several times, mostly you can't even talk to anyone & the one time I did get through I was told to see my GP which is impossible to do

Got to admit this worries me I have been diagnosed with heart disease this year and I was due to have tests to ascertain the extent of damage but that's been cancelled which I totally understand but I am scared about what might happen as I don't know when calling an ambulance would be the best thing to do as I don't want to put additional load on our health workers as they have more enough to cope with.
When we are talking about number, they strike as abstract concepts. The moment you focus on a human suffering as shown in the video, our eyes become wet.
We dont have the capacity and will never have the capacity to get a true figure. Some people are dying with covid and are not being tested for such or are simply being misdiagnosed. Some may be artificially increasing the number too, but it is thought that on the whole the figures are being under reported. These figures are only official stats.

Cancer is an underlying health condition (normally made worse by the drugs they are on) that means the immune system is not working as well as other people, as such if they pick up the virus then they will most likely have severe symptoms which may lead to death. Most cancer units and hospitals are already working on plans to implement cancer treatments as soon as possible, but do not want to place people at unnecessary risk.
Cancer patients are being helped in private hospitals contracted by NHS to keep their treatment going. I'm sure they are doing their best to ensure everyone gets the care they need, even in these tough times.
People staying away from hospital most because of good reasons and this is fine it is not worse the risk for many people. But with a heart attack or a stroke you need to get treatment immediately

A seriously sad situation. Countless people dying needlessly because they're trying to follow the rules set out by the government. The government needs to answer for this .
On sky news a nurse posted a comment about how she quit over lack of ppe, my reply was “if you quit recently then you should be ashamed” and it was swiftly removed. Now in my opinion she left her job in a time of crisis and that is unforgivable. Medical staff swear an oath the same as the army and she bottled it leaving her colleagues to fill the gap. Am I wrong for calling her out?
It is virtually impossible to get a telephone conversation with a GP.It took me 48 hours to get through to 111 who then put me through to my GP. Hi Rebecca, I just had to reply to your wonderful comment, it was just so wonderful of you to have thought of those poor patients and to have praised the clinical teams. I, like so many others, share your views and when seeing footage of those who are poorly and, sadly, dying, it can be so very, very upsetting and we can only empathise and have compassion for them. You have a good heart and that makes all the difference. Keep well and stay safe.
This made me sob I dont know why this tye Covid story that did it. Tagt elderly gentleman was so positive and all the health care workers doing their best and being kind throughout. This is such a sad time.

@@rebeccashinhmar7165 Hi Rebecca, thank you for contacting me, it was lovely to hear from you. I have many Christian friends but alas, as yet, I have not been able to find God, even though I have tried and, as odd as this may sound, many of my friends comment that if anyone should be then I should due to my kindness, empathy and compassion, though I put that down just to who I am and for wanting to just do my best whilst I'm here. I guess that I am agnostic more than aethiest (though I used to be) and deep down hope that perhaps God may search me out some day and come calling as I'd like that, to find what my friends have found and the comfort that it brings them. Anyway, from one kind heart to another, you can do your best and the empathy that you have towards the sick and sadly the deceased means a lot to many out there.
I hear the word avoid but I was sick a month ago and sent home from work and 3 weeks later I was still ridiculously ill and was told to avoid doctor’s and hospitals. It turned out I must have had normal flu but no one knew this at the time so hospitals are delaying visitors as well as people avoiding hospitals.

They do need to find a way to balance between Coronavirus and basically everything else a bit more
My thoughts precisely. They work in complete silos, stupidly assuming that everything else will remain constant. Their pro lockdown argument about not overwhelming the NHS was especially myopic. As a result, in short few months there will be no money for the NHS at all and they will have to shut down.
They need to see that they do, for the sake of carrying on democracy as we know it (though democracy can be eternally used loosely and a new buzzword will supersede it not before long if this keeps up)

That's directly as a result of the BBC et al scaremongering rather that reporting the facts in a calm, rational way.

When we are talking about number, they strike as abstract concepts. The moment you focus on a human suffering as shown in the video, our eyes become wet.
Why do they not ever give us the total amount of deaths in the United Kingdom I find it very strange that we are never told the true number
We dont have the capacity and will never have the capacity to get a true figure. Some people are dying with covid and are not being tested for such or are simply being misdiagnosed. Some may be artificially increasing the number too, but it is thought that on the whole the figures are being under reported. These figures are only official stats.

Why do they r only deal with covid 19, cancer patients also need help
A pandemic could wipe out the planet. .
@@savedbygodsgrace.9058 Tad bit hyperbolic there mate.
Because with cancer you can't die quickly but covid 19 take within seconds

I've never eaten a pangolin, engaged in unethical environmental practices (quite the opposite) or mishandled a deadly virus. Neither have most people. It is true that I think there will be major changes in the way the world does 'business' after this, however. I can't see how there will not be.

uh yeah. this should not have been unexpected. In decades past more people lived in houses which gave one a little more space, a different room to be in, a back yard to go out in, a garage to go do some projects in. Now, so many millions live in small cramped crowded apartments. People will go insane and lash out
A seriously sad situation. Countless people dying needlessly because they're trying to follow the rules set out by the government. The government needs to answer for this .
When did the government say if you are having a heart attack don't call 999?
This is a result of the BBC and others scaremongering for views.
I have developed high blood pressure and stroke symptoms, which hopefully has been a series of severe migraines. I will only be able to go to the stroke clinic at the local hospital once the crisis is over..Proper diagnosis except for corona virus is on lock-down
