Well it is technically fake because your viewers expected to hear you playing the man behind the slaughter on the note blocks, and not hear an note block version of the song playing over your fake note block clicking. And not being able to play the note blocks on 1.15.2 is not an excuse because you can just simply change the version, and about the original song having some notes that can't be done with the normal note block, you could simply pick the note on the note block that sounds closest to the notes played in the man behind the slaughter.
