I have a patient who is nearly 9 years old and needs to expand her maxilla.. but one of her upper first molars is badly carious and the D and E are still present and in a good condition.. can we put a molar band on the E or D in addition to the 6 in case if it can be restored..to give more retention for the device.. or there is a risk of mobility of the decidous teeth? thank you so much
