hI Ian ! I think the first one is just a cooler, you could raise on flop and maybe he fold the 99 before turning into trips, after that is pretty standart hand, just unlucky. On the second one, you played perfectly except on the river u must jam, the villain can put you on AK and call down specially with so much invested right now. Nice to see your new format, I like it ! Jam that river all day. On the turn it goes bet ,raise , reraise. He has ks 10s or aq , it's hard for him to be bluffing a flush draw on the turn when you have the j of diamonds

Hands look finely played. I play 5nl as well but much more aggressive compared to your tight range. But so many different ways of playing.
