@@djhype1122 Yes he is dj and I hope he is doing well. His website says he is not currently touring but he has a fairly recent statement on that site. www.DonEdwardsMusic.com. Don Edwards I believe is about 81 years old now. He, his music, his historical knowledge and the preservation of important American music are all a treasure to the United States and to the world over. A great man and beautiful singer. His voice and music has blessed my family over the years. I pray he's doing well and I'm thankful you found him dj. His musical work and albums are outstanding. Take care.
What a surprise today to find Herb and Don Edwards. Coming from NJ, I always listened to Sudzin Country and probably didn't live far from Herb. We first saw Don Edwards on Ralph Emery's Nashville Now Show. That led to a trip to Colorado to see Michael Martin Murphy's West Fest where I met Don in person. I didn't know then that we were the same age and born a few miles from each other. There is a young fella from Canada by the name of Colter Wall, who is keeping traditional cowboy music alive now. Travel and the virus restrictions have slowed him down a bit for now, so he is ranching back home, I believe.
Thanks for putting this up, I love Don Edwards. Great interview!
