  • Reflecting on 2024, leading Coca-Cola’s AI Christmas films has been one of the most exciting and rewarding moments of my career. This campaign, now celebrated by many as one of the best of the season, challenged industry norms and sparked a vital conversation about the future of creativity in marketing.
    The AI-powered films scored exceptionally well-earning a rare 5-star rating from System 1, which praised it as one of the most emotionally resonant and brand-building ads of the year. Dumbstruck’s analysis also revealed exceptional audience engagement, showcasing how AI can amplify storytelling and create memorable experiences.
    This campaign proved that AI isn’t here to replace creativity but to enhance it. As Andrew Ng aptly said, ‘AI won’t replace jobs, but people who know AI will.’ Coca-Cola has always been a leader in innovation, and embracing AI was another bold step forward, blending technology with the emotional storytelling that defines our brand.
    Change isn’t easy-there was resistance from many industry stalwarts, but the overwhelming reception to the campaign validated our efforts. It demonstrated that progress doesn’t mean abandoning tradition; it means evolving it to meet the needs of a modern audience.
